The minimum order quantity is strictly 10 sets for basic invitation.

Yes. We provide fully custom-designed wedding invitations and stationery tailored to your theme and preferences. A quotation will be provided for custom requests.

Design turnaround is typically 3–7 working days. Printing and assembly timelines vary depending on the type of stationery and quantity. Once your design is finalized and approved, we will provide an estimated delivery date to ensure your items arrive on time

A 50% down payment is required to start the project. The remaining balance must be settled before printing or delivery.

We operate from a private residence, so in-person pickup is not available. All orders will be delivered via our trusted shipping partners (3PL) to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Orders can be shipped via JNT, LBC or Lalamove only. Shipping fees are shouldered by the client.

Yes. A digital proof will be sent for approval prior to printing to ensure accuracy of details and layout.

Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in screen displays and the printing process. We do our best to match your chosen colors accurately, and you’ll receive a sample for approval before mass printing.

Once the design is approved and printed, changes are no longer possible. Clients are responsible for reviewing the final proof carefully before approval.

No. As all our products are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun. We encourage clients to review all details carefully and approve the sample before mass printing to ensure satisfaction.
